I booked online 2days before, a day before I called your landline number 12x but it's busy all the time..now when we reach on the hotel in the morning your receptionis told us that no vacant room and wait until 2pm. The thing is we travel from RAK to Dubai in early morning and after that your guy told us no vacant room. Bottom line is...if someone picked my call a day before then they can tell is that come around 2pm so that 100% sure you will the room. Please do the needful in your landlines please.

Dorus hotel staff very coaprative .....😊 Mr Ankl is very great person and full coaprate with us i will recommend to all my friends and relative for your hotel M impressed of ur manager Mr ankl 😊👌 he provide us best services .....on time

I liked the fact that the room is big enough and all other necessities like the electric Kettle,Fridge n cups.

The location is in the market, you have Union metro station, Al Ghuair mall, cafes and shopping centre nearby. The room has a good bed, desk for work, nice long mirrors, and Sofas. The hotel has an Indian and Pakistani bar.

I like the location near the metro station the red and the green line, and there is everything there restrant supermarket...

Room for us friends are nice and comfortable. We have a nice night spending there even for a day only. Affordable rate for 3 people. Recommended for those who are on tight budget.

Right in the middle of the city. There are 6 nightclubs. A different experience. I recommend it
